- Go to your order history in your account
- Find the order you want to track and click "View Order Details"
- Under "Delivery Method" you can find your tracking number
If you have your tracking number:
Standard Delivery, or if your tracking number begins with a "H"
If you selected standard delivery your order will be delivered by Evri via a tracked service. Click here and enter your tracking number to find out where your order is.
You will also have the ability to change your delivery options, such as choosing a safe place for your order to be left or a preferred neighbour your order can be delivered to. You can also install the Evri app which makes it easier to track and manage your deliveries.
Next day or named day delivery
If you have chosen next day delivery or the named day delivery option for your order it will be delivered by DPD. You can track your order or change delivery options by entering your tracking number here. You can install the DPD app which makes it easier to track and manage your deliveries.
Wallpaper samples delivery
Our wallpaper samples are delivered by Royal Mail and should arrive 3-5 days after dispatch. This service does not require a signature so your samples will be delivered in an A4 envelope along with your usual post.
International delivery
Our international orders are sent via DPD, but sometimes may be passed to a local courier in your area. DPD will contact you directly with the local courier tracking details if this is the case.
