- Go to your order history in your account - https://www.ilovewallpaper.co.uk/customer/orders/
- Find the order you want to track and click "View Order Details"
- Under "Delivery Method" you can find your tracking number.
- See the below instructions on how to track your order:
Standard Delivery, or if your tracking number begins with a "H"
All our orders sent via standard delivery are delivered by Hermes on a tracked service. Press Here and enter your tracking number from your account to track your order. You will also have the ability to change your delivery options, such as choosing a safe place for your order to be left or a preferred neighbour your order can be delivered to.
Next Day and Named Day Delivery
Our orders sent via next day delivery and named day delivery are delivered via DPD, you can track your orders and change your delivery options if you're not going to be in on their website, simply Press Here and enter your tracking number found in your account. If you have a mobile device we recommend installing the DPD app to track and manage your deliveries, Press Here to install.
Sample orders are delivered by Royal Mail and should arrive 2-3 days after dispatch, this service does not require a signature so your samples will be left with your other post if you're not in. If you are concerned your sample order has not been delivered within 2-3 days after dispatch, please contact us below.
Our orders sent via international delivery are delivered via DPD, but sometimes are handed to a local courier in your area, they will contact you directly with their tracking details if this is the case.
