Standard Delivery & Next Day Delivery
If you selected Standard or Next Day Delivery your order will be delivered by Amazon. You can track your order here.
You can customise your delivery to add delivery notes, safe place instructions, or nominate a neighbour to leave your package with if you’re not going to be home.
Wallpaper Sample Delivery
Our wallpaper samples are delivered by Royal Mail. Our wallpaper samples are shipped via Royal Mail. Delivery times vary by location: samples sent to EU countries typically arrive within 3-5 days after dispatch, while those sent to destinations outside the EU generally take 5-7 days to arrive.
Please note - wallpaper sample orders are sent via Royal Mail and are not tracked. This service does not require a signature so your samples will be delivered in an A4 envelope along with your usual post.
International delivery
Our international orders are sent via DHL, but sometimes may be passed to a local courier in your area. DHL will contact you directly with the local courier tracking details if this is the case. You can track your order here.
