Will all the batches in my order be the same?
All orders come with the same batch guarantee, meaning that all the batches of the same product will be identical in your order. If you happen to receive mixed batches in your order please get in touch and we will arrange for the correct batches to be sent out to you.
What if I need more rolls from the same batch?
If you need a specific batch of a product you will need to get in touch so we can check our stock and see if we have your requested batch. Make sure you tell us the product code of the roll and the batch you are looking for. We always recommend you order enough wallpaper for your wall as sometimes we will not have your requested batch available.
