As we prioritise getting our products to our customers as fast possible, all orders are sent to our distribution centre for processing straight away after confirmation. Unfortunately, this means that we're unable to cancel or make amendments to your order after it has been placed.
If you have made a mistake in the ordering process, you are welcome to refuse delivery of your order. Your order will then get returned to us and you can get in contact and we will refund your order. If you've already received your order you can see how to make returns here.
